F.I.T.

F.I.T. is a Low to Moderate Intensity workout program using every toy a CrossFit gym has to offer. Most workouts are bootcamp style. It may include anything and everything from cardio conditioning like running or rowing, weightlifting (high rep, low weight), core strengthening and plyometrics.This type of workout is great for endurance athletes and athletes that just want to work without the pressure of chasing a clock!
